You can choose between Yoga On Demand, where classes are pre-recorded and so you can practice anytime, anywhere at your own convenience.
How do you subscribe to our Virtual Yoga classes?
Step 1: Click on "Virtual Class" and sign up as our member.
Step 2: Select "Check Plans" to purchase our weekly subscription at $9.90.
Do note that you can cancel your subscription anytime without a minimum commitment.
Step 3: Once you have purchased our plan, you will be directed to our videos, for members only.
Livestream Classes via Zoom
We also offer livestream classes via Zoom.
Register and pay for classes via your mindbody app upon booking for class.
A zoom link will be sent to you via e-mail upon successful registration.
1 class: $12
10 classes : $100
Beginner Classes: Yin Yang, Hatha, Yin
Multi-level classes: Flow 1, Core, HIIT, Tutorial
Intermediate classes: Flow 2, Hatha 2
Duration of classes are 30-45min.
No shoes needed for HIIT classes but wear them if you need.
Blocks and a strap will be great for practice but if you do not have them, just replace them with something similar you have at home, like shoe boxes, containers, and a towel.
HIIT: High-intensity interval training. This is not yoga but it will help build strength, burn fat and get you strong and lean. No shoes needed.
