A step-by-step class to start exploring arm balances and inversions, breaking down the steps to help create a foundation in your practice that allows you to work in your own time to overcome the "fear" of going upside down.
You will also learn the modifications, and stretch and strengthen, to prepare the body to work toward balancing. What may have once felt impossible, will be accessible, joyful and fun.
