COVID-19 NEW GUIDELINES AND SAFETY MEASURES
With effect from 27 March 2020, Singapore is enforcing stricter and tighter measures to minimize further spread of COVID-19, which limits gatherings outside of work and school to 10 persons or fewer, and ensure that physical distancing of at least one metre can be achieved in settings where interactions are non-transient.
Following the new guidelines and rules, ZOI YOGA will be implementing changes to our policies and making adjustments to our operations to comply with the latest regulations. We hope for your kind understanding in this matter.
With effect from 27 March 2020
1. Class Capacity is Capped at 9 Students + 1 Instructor
All our classes will be capped at 9 students.
2. Temporary Suspension of Trial Passes
This will be temporary until further notice.
3. Classpass Bookings Disabled
Due to mats constraint, booking priority is given to our members first.
4. Mandatory Pre-Class Safety Measures
i) Temperature Check: Please arrive earlier for mandatory temperature checks.
Students with a temperature of 37.5 deg and above will not be allowed into class.
ii) Fill up health/ travel declaration form
Please refrain from practising in the studio if you are feeling unwell.
5. Booking Policies (Members, Please Take Note)
i) Advanced Bookings for class: 3 days
All classes are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
ii) Strictly one class per person. If you double book classes, the second class will be automatically cancelled.
iii) Strictly no walk-ins! All bookings must be made on the mindbody app.
6. Cancellation Policies
Please cancel your class at least 2 hours before the start time if you know you cannot make it.
With the scarcity of mats, every mat counts.
Not cancelling your booking will deny the next person on the waitlist a chance to practise.
7. No- Show Policies
Booked for class but did not show up?
i) 1 No-Show: A gentle reminder to cancel class the next time.
ii) 2 No-Shows: Booking rights will be revoked for a week.
