Yin Yang

Completely suitable for beginners and also a great class for regular practitioners who are looking for a gentler class.

Yin

Slow down. It's a very quiet practice.

Yin Yoga is designed for all levels of practitioner, and is a gentle and very slow paced practice which targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Most poses are down on the ground and are held for a longer period of time (3-5 minutes for each pose). As the whole body rests and opens with long held poses, the natural healing power of chi is used to rejuvenate and repair the area of focus. The use of props helps your body release tension, and relax. Come to relax and restore.
